2. How to get a sample? Any charges?

• After detailed communication about the product strcture, we can arrange samples for you.
• Since the sample is special design or special size, customers need to pay for the sample cost, but when customers place a full container order, we will return the sample cost.
• The freight cost is to be borne by customers.

3. What is your main products?

• Our main products are partition dividers in recent years.
• We also produce whiteboards, which is our traditional product range.
• We also produce tables with wooden MDF top and steel frame structure for customization.

4. How long is your delivery time?

• Usually 45-60 days for a new order, but much shorter time for long term customers with regular repeated orders.
• All of our productions are specially arranged according to each customer’s orders.
• For a new order, it takes time for material preparation; while for regular repeated orders, it can save much time for material preprations.

 5. What is your trade term?

• Mainly FOB or EXW for shipment by sea.
• CFR/CNF is also acceptable.
• DDU for shipment by air or courier delivery.

 6. What is your payment term?

• After confirmaiton of the sample and inspection standard, 30% of the total value to be paid by T/T when you confirm the order.
• 70% of the total value to be paid by T/T before loading.
